Autumn Ridge, Ayer, MA - is an Active Adult Community (over—(age) 55)  located on the Ayer/Groton border.  The clustered condominium   development has a 56 units with eight residential buildings and one small community building set on approximately 12 acres of a total 68 acre parcel of land. The development is built on one open hillside with the   remainder of the property placed under three types of conservation restrictions that vary in degrees of restricted activity. The site consists of woods, open fields, and wetlands. Classified wetlands cover about 18 acres, or 29% of the site.
