Bruce D. Ringwall (BLA), is President of GPR and specializes in Land Planning. He has appeared before nearly every Planning Board, Zoning Board of Appeals, Conservation Commission and Board of Health in North Central Massachusetts. Bruce is recognized as an expert in land planning, bylaw interpretation, rules and regulations, permitting and the approval process for land development in the area. He has considerable experience in Chapter 40B, Open Space Residential Subdivision, Conventional Subdivision, as well as Commercial and Industrial Development. Bruce is a Certified Soil Evaluator and Title 5 System Inspector and has a keen understanding of both institutional and residential septic system design and regulatory permitting. |

Calvin R. Goldsmith (BSE, MBA), is Vice President and Treasurer of GPR, and formerly worked at engineering offices in California, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Cal is a Licensed Construction Supervisor in Mass. and a Certified Title 5 System Inspector. He has extensive experience in land planning and development, site design, stormwater analysis and design, and in obtaining permit approvals from local Planning Boards, Conservation Commissions, and Zoning Boards of Appeal. In addition, he is the consultant to the Maynard Planning Board, and was an Alternate Zoning Enforcement Officer and Conservation Commissioner in the Town of Harvard, and the Chairman of the Harvard Planning Board. |

Douglas E. Miller, PE (AS) is Vice President of GPR he has over 30 years’ experience in civil engineering, including 13 years with the Town of Belmont, Engineering Department. He spent 10 years as Engineering Group Manager with the BSC Group, where he managed many of the company’s largest projects including several demolition contracts for Massport at Logan International Airport as well as other sites under the Authority’s control. Mr. Miller was president of Commonwealth Engineering, Inc., where he was responsible for the operation of the 14 –person engineering, surveying and wetland service firm, as well as the management of many of the projects. Mr. Miller was a member of the Town of Bedford MA Zoning Board of Appeals for 5+ years and served as clerk for 2 of those years. Mr. Miller has been an expert witness for several cases in Superior Court, Land Court and for D.E.P. Adjudicatory cases. |

Brian Thorne (BSCET), is Vice President of GPR and Manager of CAD operations, and has over thirteen years of professional experience in land planning and development, civil engineering, project management, permitting, construction, and municipal infrastructure and commercial site design. Brian is an Approved Soil Evaluator (MA) and has extensive experience in stormwater management, Title 5/subsurface sewage disposal system design, wetlands permitting, and construction observation of site development projects. Brian is also a Major in the National Guard and completed a tour of duty in Iraq. |

Peter Lothian, PLS (BSSE), is Vice President of GPR and Survey Manager. He has over 18 years of land surveying experience which includes work on boundary, topographic, elevation and photogrammetric control surveys as well as engineering site plans, deed research, and computations. He also has extensive experience with AutoCad, Softdesk, and Starplus software. Peter is an active member of the Massachusetts Association of Land Surveyors and Civil Engineers (MALSCE) and is also a MALSCE Liaison to the Massachusetts Board of Registration for Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors. |
