GPR provided civil and structural engineering services for the
renovation and rehabilitation of an old historic mill into a new office
and light manufacturing complex. GPR's structural Engineering
services included the renovation of a historic mill building with
significant damage and foundation settling. GPR's civil engineering services
included:

Design of a pump station
to tie Phoenix Park into the new Shirley sewer system
-
Preparation of several
Notices of Intent (NOI) to clean up and restore the site, which is
located adjacent to a river, pond, floodplain, Area of Critical
Concern (ACEC) and wetlands.

Design of site plan to
restore historic mill complex into office/light industrial
complex. Site plan included extensive new parking areas,
environmentally sensitive stormwater management plan, and lighting
plan.

Design of new loading
dock.
-
Preparation and filing of
an Environmental Notification Form (ENF) with Massachusetts
Environmental Protection Act Office (MEPA).
