GPR
furnished permit plans and construction drawings for a 40,000 square foot
addition to an existing industrial building on a steep hillside. Design
included a new septic system, stormwater management program including first flush
diversion, and coordination with TENNECO due to a large gas main
crossing the property. GPR’s services included presentations and
negotiations with Town Boards for permits.
