provided design and construction observation services for an
innovative/alternative wastewater treatment system fed by a community
sewer system serving a 32-unit residential cluster development. This
Chapter 40B comprehensive permit project included the design and
construction of four separate treatment facilities and was designed to
allow for future expansion.
